ReplyMind uses third-party AI services (currently OpenAI) to generate reply suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, generated replies are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before sending it.
The Free plan provides 10 lifetime replies at no cost. No credit card or payment information is required. The Free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page.
ReplyMind offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium) with enhanced features and higher reply limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information. Your content: You retain full ownership of any email or message content you provide to the Service for reply generation. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your email and message content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded — it is never stored on our servers.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
