How do I activate my paid plan after subscribing?
After your PayPal subscription is confirmed, you'll receive an activation code via email. Open the ReplyMind popup in Chrome → scroll to "Activation Code" → paste your code → click Activate. Your plan upgrades instantly. If you don't receive a code within 10 minutes, email us at support@tigerbrandsglobal.com with your PayPal receipt.
What are the plan differences?
Free: 10 lifetime replies, 5 intents, Gmail only.
Basic ($9/mo): 50 replies/month, 11 intents, auto tone learning, 10 contact memory slots, 5 reminders, Gmail only.
Pro ($29/mo): 200 replies/month, all 12 intents + custom, 50 contact memory slots, 25 reminders, Gmail + LinkedIn, auto tone learning.
Premium ($99/mo): Unlimited replies, all 12 intents + custom, unlimited contact memory & reminders, Gmail + LinkedIn, per-contact tone profiles, priority support, advanced analytics.

The ⚡ button isn't appearing in Gmail
Try these steps: 1) Go to chrome://extensions and click the refresh icon on ReplyMind. 2) Refresh your Gmail tab (F5). 3) Open an email and click the Reply button — the ⚡ ReplyMind button appears in the reply toolbar. If the toolbar injection fails, a floating ⚡ ReplyMind button appears at the bottom-right of the page instead.
How do intents work?
When you click ⚡ ReplyMind, you'll see intent chips like Accept, Decline, Maybe, Schedule, Delegate, More Info, Check In, Negotiate, Thank You, Apologize, Introduce, and Custom. Pick the one that matches how you want to reply and ReplyMind generates a perfectly-toned response for that intent. The reply matches the language of the original email automatically.
Clicking the reply doesn't insert into Gmail
Make sure you click the Reply button in Gmail first to open the compose box, then click ⚡ ReplyMind. The insert feature requires an open compose box to work. If it still doesn't insert, the text is copied to your clipboard as a fallback — just paste manually with Ctrl+V.
I'm getting a "Connection failed" error
This means the extension can't reach our backend server. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, email us and we'll check the server status.
How does tone auto-learning work?
Every time you pick a reply, ReplyMind remembers which intent you chose. After 15 replies, it auto-detects your communication style (e.g. "You tend to be direct and action-oriented"). This tone profile is applied to all future replies automatically. You can also set your tone manually in the popup settings anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into PayPal → click your profile → Account Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → find ReplyMind → click Cancel. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Takes 30 seconds. No questions asked.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Cancel your current subscription via PayPal, then subscribe to the annual plan from our pricing page. Your plan access continues uninterrupted. Annual plans save up to 22% compared to monthly billing.
What languages does it support?
ReplyMind automatically detects the language of the incoming email or LinkedIn message and replies in the same language. It works with English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, and most major languages.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@tigerbrandsglobal.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll remove all your data — including your account, tone profile, reply history, and usage stats — within 7 days and confirm by email.
