We want you to be completely satisfied with ReplyMind. All paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day full refund guarantee from the date of purchase, with no conditions and no questions asked.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to all paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium), whether billed monthly or annually. No reason is required.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and Paddle's Buyer Terms. A full refund of the amount you paid will be issued to your original payment method. This right applies regardless of whether you have used the service during the 14-day period, unless you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this right would be lost upon use.
If you did not intend to renew, or were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal payment.
The Free plan requires no payment and therefore no refund applies.
Alternatively, you may contact Paddle's support directly to request a refund, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your transaction.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your subscription will be cancelled and your account downgraded to the Free plan. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period unless you request one within the 14-day refund window.
Refund returns the payment for the current period. Your subscription is cancelled immediately and your account is downgraded to the Free plan. To cancel without a refund, visit the Paddle billing portal linked in your subscription confirmation email, or contact us at hello@replymind.xyz.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email.
